back home

Since I began selling real estate in 1976, my approach has been to counsel my clients and provide them with the information that they need in order to make the right decision for them. I don’t believe in high-pressure sales techniques, because I know that buying a home is the most important decision -- and investment -- that many people make. And selling a home can be stressful and challenging. I try to make it easy.

As a long-time Realtor, I can attribute my success to my ability to listen to my clients, so that time isn’t wasted viewing homes that just aren’t right. I also think it’s vital to make the home-buying process fun. Buying a home can require a lot of time and work, but that doesn’t mean it still can’t be exciting, enjoyable and, ultimately, rewarding!

I also co-own a Web site that helps connect landlords and renters in Northern Colorado – www.NorthernColoradoRentals.com. “The fast, cheap, easy, way to get your rental property noticed in Northern Colorado.”

Believe it or not, I do still have some spare time between my ventures and when I do, I enjoy spending time with my family, including my two grandchildren.
